Free Festival 2-Day Express Shipping: Offer valid 4/18/2024-4/21/2024 until 12 PM PST. All U.S. orders $250+ USD will receive free 2-Day Express Shipping. No promo code necessary, customers must make selection during checkout. No adjustments will be made on previous purchases.

How much is shipping?

We offer free standard ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $250 USD and free express shipping on all international orders over $300 USD.

All orders over $800 USD will require a direct signature upon delivery.

How fast is shipping in the U.S.?

Most orders ship within 2-5 business days of ordering from our Los Angeles warehouse, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order has shipped you can expect it to take between 2-12 business days to arrive to you! Please allow an additional 10-14 business days for order processing during sale periods. If you need your item(s) sooner you can choose an expedited shipping method for an additional cost at checkout. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Expedited orders will be shipped the same day if placed before our cut-off time of 12 PM PST. We do not process or ship orders on the weekends or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Weekend delivery. For Love & Lemons is not responsible for delays due to local disruptions or weather systems.

My order was shipped with FedEx Ground Economy but it was delivered by USPS, why?

FedEx Ground Economy at times partners with local USPS locations to facilitate last-mile deliveries for maximum efficiency.

What is Same-day Delivery?

We are happy to offer same-day delivery for orders within specific zip codes in Southern California, if your shipping zip code is available for same-day shipping, the option will automatically populate at checkout.

Orders must be placed before 11 am PST to qualify for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 11 am PST will be delivered the next day. All orders will be delivered between 5 pm PST and 9 pm PST, and you must be home to receive your order.

We offer same-day delivery to most zip codes in the below counties:

• Ventura
• San Bernardino
• San Diego
• Riverside
• Imperial

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Unfortunately, we no longer ship to domestic P.O. boxes. However, we still ship to military APO, FPO, and DPO destinations. Orders that have one of the addresses previously listed will be shipped via USPS.

Do you ship to international P.O. boxes?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not have this as an option, if you have entered an international P.O. Box as your address we will reach out to you to get a different address before we can ship your order.

How much is international shipping?

We offer free express shipping on all international orders over $300 USD. For all other orders, there is a flat rate fee of $15 USD.

Can I expedite my international shipment?

We currently do not offer expedited shipping. However, we ship all international orders using DHL Express which will arrive to you within 3-10 business days, and sometimes sooner.

Are duties and taxes included in my order total?

Deliveries to some countries are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means there is nothing for you to pay upon delivery. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items you ordered, the destination country, and the value of your purchase. This is then added to your shopping cart total, duties and taxes are non-refundable. If you have any other questions about duties and taxes, email us.

Duty and tax charges are determined by your local customs authorities and based on:

• The Sales Tax applied by your country for purchases coming from the U.S.
• Duties charged for processing by your country.

Can my order be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)?

Some countries allow or require orders to be shipped DDU, these will be visible to you at the time of checkout. Please note, we are unable to guarantee the cost of fees upon delivery. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
