A bit about me- I have been a certified Pilates educator for 14 years, and practicing pilates myself for 15 years. In that time I have taught over 12,000 classes, which is hard to believe! Time flies when you're having fun. I can't emphasize enough the importance of movement to maintaining a healthy state of mind and immune system. Pilates lengthens and stretches all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion, improving flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness. As a teacher, I aim to be positive and uplifting, but also to challenge you to dig deeper and get connected with your body in ways you might not have expected.
