This Privacy Notice (“Notice”) describes how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information, and the rights and choices you have with respect to your personal information.

Minimum Age Requirement to Use Our Services

For Love & Lemons does not direct its services to or knowingly collect or disclose the personal information of children under 16. To order products from For Love & Lemons or view our Site, you must be old enough to consent to the processing of your personal information. If we learn a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, For Love & Lemons will take immediate steps to delete such information.

• Internet and Network Activity Information – Unique device identification number, browser minor version, browser user-agent string, device brand, device model, device name, operating system minor version, platform minor version, screen resolution, operating system, browser type, pages viewed, referrer URL, links clicked, emails opened or interacted with, date and time of visit or interaction, number of times you return to the site, search history, and cross-site browsing activity.
• Geolocation Information – City, latitude (of city), longitude (of city), state, country, zip code.
• Audio, Electronic, Visual, Thermal, Olfactory, or Similar Information – We may use photos that you share on social media for marketing purposes on our own social channels. We will ask for your permission if we want to use a photo in an ad or email.
• Professional or Employment-Related Information – Job title, company name.
• Financial Information – Payment method for transactions.
• Social Media Information – Social media handle, public account information, photos, and any additional information you make public based on your account settings (e.g., gender, birthday, posts or “likes” you make).

We also collect any other personal information you choose to provide to us, for example, by leaving a comment or interacting with us through a third-party site.

For Love & Lemons does not collect any information considered “sensitive personal information.”

We do not collect sensitive personal information, so there are no additional steps to take to limit this processing. 
• Restrict Processing – You have the right to ask us to restrict processing of your personal information: 
• Where you believe your personal information is inaccurate and while we verify accuracy;
• Where we want to erase your personal information as the processing is unlawful, but you want us to continue to store it;
• Where we no longer need your personal information for our processing, but you require us to retain the data for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims; or
• Where you have objected to us processing your personal information based on our legitimate interests and we are considering your objection.
