Orders may be returned up to 21 days after your order has shipped. Returns must be in new condition with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations.
All returns must be accompanied by the original packaging and any included accessories (gloves, removable straps, neck scarves, etc.)
Any item that shows signs of wear (stains, odor, missing tags, missing accessories, etc.) will automatically incur a 25% restocking fee.
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. If received, they will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

To begin a return, please visit our self-service returns portal and enter your order information. Follow the instructions to select the item(s) you wish to return and choose your preferred return method.
For all orders outside of the U.S., please click here to access our self-service returns portal. We offer flat-rate return shipping labels, and a $30 USD fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
*For Canadian shoppers, goods that qualify for duties and taxes reclaim under the CREDITS program will be fully refunded as part of the return.
We currently offer direct exchanges for U.S. orders. To request a different size of the same item, start your return in our returns portal and select your new size from the drop-down menu. If the size isn’t listed, it’s currently sold out and the item will need to be returned instead.
Your exchange will ship once your return is received and processed at our warehouse. Need it sooner? You can choose Instant Exchange to have your new item shipped right away with a temporary credit card hold.

At this time, our exchange portal only allows direct exchanges for a different size of the same item on U.S. orders.
If you’d prefer a different color or style, please process your item as a return for a refund and place a new order for the piece you’d like instead.
Start your return in our returns portal, select the item you’d like to send back, and choose “Return.”
Print your return label and mail the item back to us. Once your return is received and processed at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Each For Love & Lemons piece is designed to stand the test of time—which is why we've partnered with Loop and Poshmark to make it simpler than ever to give your FL&L piece a beautiful second life and to help you earn a little back in return.
How it works:
If you see a "Resell on Poshmark" button during the return flow your product is eligible to sell on Poshmark! We will help pre-populate the Poshmark listing so you can save some time and get a headstart on selling.
Once your piece sells, you'll receive an email from Poshmark with a pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label. All you have to do is package the item up and drop it off at your nearest Post Office.
You can withdraw your earnings from Poshmark at any time. As a reminder, Poshmark takes a 20% fee for all orders over $15, and a flat fee of $2.95 for any orders under $15.
Shopify Collective returns are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
For U.S. returns, we charge a flat rate of $10 and for all international returns we charge a flat rate of $30 USD that will be deducted from your return when processed.
Note: For select Bridal styles, we charge a flat rate of $25 that will be deducted from your return when processed.
All shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Our processing time for returns is 10-15 days from the day it was delivered to our warehouse. Once processed, you will receive an email notification and your refund will be credited to the same form of payment used to make your purchase within 5-10 days depending on your banking institution. If you've selected to receive a store credit, we'll email you a code for your convenience. Exchanges will be processed within 2-5 business days once we process your return.
