Orders may be returned up to 31 days after your order has shipped. Returns must be in new condition with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations. All returns must be accompanied by the original packaging and any included accessories (gloves, removable straps, neck scarves, etc.) 

Any item that shows signs of wear (stains, odor, etc), will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. 

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. If received, they will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

We now offer flat rate return shipping labels, we will deduct $30 USD from your refund amount. All duties, taxes and shipping paid is non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

We only offer direct exchanges for orders shipped within the U.S. at this time.

To exchange for a different size in the same product, click through the return process and simply select your new size from the drop down. If you do not see the size you are looking for, it means it's currently sold out! So please process as a return instead.

To exchange for a different color or style, click through the return process and request a refund! You may be offered an Instant Credit Refund code you can use to purchase something new on the site. The voucher code will need to be applied at checkout.

If we are not notified prior to receiving your return, we will be unable to process your refund and your items will be shipped back to you.

What is your return policy?

Any item that shows signs of wear (stains, odor, etc), will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

Our processing time for returns is 10-15 days from the day it was delivered to our warehouse. Once processed, you will receive an email notification and your refund will be credited to the same form of payment used to make your purchase within 5-10 days depending on your banking institution. 

What is an Instant Credit Refund?

While processing a return or exchange via the Returns Center, you may be offered an Instant Credit code along with your prepaid shipping label.

Please note: Not all orders will receive an Instant Credit Refund code and may only be eligible for a return for a refund.

If you do receive a code, you are not obligated to use it! If it's not used by the time your return is processed at our warehouse, you will receive a refund to the original payment method and the code will be deactivated.

If you choose to use Instant Credit Refund, here’s how it works:

You can shop now and select any item on the site, you'll use your Instant Credit Refund code at checkout, just like a gift card. The Instant Credit Refund amount will be for the amount of the items being returned and any unused portion of your credit will be refunded to your original form of payment after your items are received.

We only offer Instant Credit Refunds for U.S. returns.

Can I return something that is Final Sale?

Any item(s) marked final sale are not eligible for refunds, store credit or exchange.

For Love & Lemons does not accept returns on final sale items, items with any signs of wear, or any of the original tags not included.

How much do returns cost?

For U.S. returns, we charge a flat rate of $5 and for all international returns we charge a flat rate of $30 USD that will be deducted from your return when processed.

Unused labels expire approximately ~28 days after they are generated. Carriers should not accept packages with voided labels, please make sure to check the label prior to shipment.

How do I send my items back?

If possible we recommend returning in the original packaging it arrived in. Our branded paper mailers can be repurposed for returns.

If you choose different packaging, we strongly recommend avoiding USPS Express or Priority Mail branded mailers, as both can incur higher return shipping rates.

How do I return/exchange a gift?
