How much is international shipping?

We offer free express shipping on all international orders over $300 USD. For all other orders, there is a flat rate fee of $15 USD.

How fast is your international shipping?

Most orders ship within 2-5 business days of ordering from our Los Angeles warehouse, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order has shipped you can expect it to take between 3-10 business days to arrive to you! Please allow an additional 10-14 business days for order processing during sale periods. For Love & Lemons is not responsible for delays due to local disruptions.

Can I expedite my international shipment?

We currently do not offer expedited shipping. However, we ship all international orders using DHL Express which will arrive to you within 3-10 business days, and sometimes sooner.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

We do not ship to domestic or international P.O. boxes.

However, we do ship to military APO, FPO, and DPO addresses, which will be delivered via USPS.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has shipped?

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address. For security reasons, orders cannot be rerouted, redirected, or modified after they leave our warehouse. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

My order was shipped with FedEx Ground Economy but it was delivered by USPS, why?

FedEx Ground Economy at times partners with local USPS locations to facilitate last-mile deliveries for maximum efficiency.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this tracking link to follow your shipment’s progress.

What if my package is marked delivered but cannot be located?

If your package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please allow up to 5 business days from the delivery date for it to arrive. Carriers may mark packages as delivered before they physically arrive or a neighbor may bring the package by. If the package still has not appeared, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date so we can review the shipment with the carrier and assist with next steps.

My package appears to be lost in transit. What should I do?

If your tracking has stopped updating or appears delayed, please reach out to us and we can review the shipment with the carrier and determine next steps.

Are duties and taxes included in my order total?

Deliveries to some countries are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means there is nothing for you to pay upon delivery. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items you ordered, the destination country, and the value of your purchase. This is then added to your shopping cart total, duties and taxes are non-refundable. If you have any other questions about duties and taxes, email us.

Duty and tax charges are determined by your local customs authorities and based on:

• The Sales Tax applied by your country for purchases coming from the U.S.
• Duties charged for processing by your country.

Can my order be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)?

Some countries allow or require orders to be shipped DDU, these will be visible to you at the time of checkout. Please note, we are unable to guarantee the cost of fees upon delivery. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

How does shipping work for Shopify Collective items in my order?

Items sold through Shopify Collective are fulfilled and shipped directly from the partner brand. These items will ship separately from For Love & Lemons products and may arrive in separate packages with different tracking numbers. Shipping costs, delivery times, and shipping methods may vary depending on the partner brand fulfilling the item.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and shipping times vary by destination. Once your order ships, tracking details will be emailed and typically update within 24–48 hours.
