Bust — Place measuring tape at center of apex, wrapped relaxed around front and back of bust, for total circumference.
Natural Waist — Place measuring tape at narrowest point of waist, wrapped relaxed around front and back of waist, for total circumference.
Bicep — Place measuring tape 1" below armpit, wrapped relaxed around the muscle, front and back for total circumference.
High Hip — Place measuring tape 4" below natural waist, wrapped relaxed around the hips, front and back for total circumference.
Low Hip — Place measuring tape 8" below natural waist, wrapped relaxed around the hips, front and back for total circumference.
Inseam — Place measuring tape 1" below joint seam. Wrap measuring tape, relaxed around muscle front and back for total circumference
