For Love & Lemons Gift Card Giveaway - Official Terms and Conditions

1. ELIGIBILITY: The For Love & Lemons Gift Card Giveaway (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of For Love & Lemons, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win.
2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: The Promotion begins on Monday, 10/27/2025, and ends on Frida,y 11/21/2025 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Promotional Period"). Entries must be received within the Promotional Period to be eligible.
3. HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotional Period, you may enter by completing and submitting the unique survey link that is sent to your email. All survey responses must be complete and valid.
There are no other forms of entry.
4. PRIZE: Two (2) winners will be selected. Each winner will receive one (1) gift card valued at approximately $250 USD (the "Prize"). The total approximate retail value ("ARV") of all prizes is $500 USD. The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion. Any and all taxes and other fees, and expenses not specified herein are the winner’s sole responsibility.
5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Two (2) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about Tuesday, 11/25/2025, by For Love & Lemons or its designated agent, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion. The potential winners will be notified via the email address provided on their entry within approximately five (5) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond to the notification within seventy-two (72) hours to claim the prize.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, or is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of For Love & Lemons, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion if any fraud, bug, virus, non-authorized human intervention, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
7. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating, entrants release and hold harmless For Love & Lemons, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion; (b) technical errors; (c) printing errors; (d) late, lost, or undelivered mail; and (e) any injury or damage to persons or property.
8. PRIVACY: Information submitted by entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy.
